....has been a month of necessary heartbreak for a handful of the people close to me. It's been difficult to witness and even more difficult to know how to help them. I do know that they have been so strong and I am proud of the way they've stood up for themselves, voicing their wishes and needs.
I came across this song soon after hearing the news of one of these break-ups and couldn't help but think how it fit this "month of heartbreak" perfectly. It is both melancholy and hopeful and oh so true of single girls.
